If you have low self-confidence and self-esteem, this means that you don’t believe you are as valuable or as skilled as you actually are. This way of thinking is destructive as it can lead to inertia, confusion, anxiety and stress.
But here is the good news!! There are lots of techniques and strategies that you can learn to build your confidence and self-esteem from the inside out. I would begin by helping you to understand your thinking style and to challenge the negative beliefs you have about yourself. We would then work together on techniques to develop your inner confidence and enable you to truly value yourself.
